SPEEDILICIOUS’ Commitment to Data Security
SPEEDILICIOUS uses computer systems to record queries about our services and to manage many aspects of our services. Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by individuals and service providers designated to work with clients, to administer bookings, or to respond to client inquiries. Please be aware, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to be completely effective. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk.
Personal Information that SPEEDILICIOUS May Collect
“Personal Information” as used in this Policy, is information that specifically identifies an individual. SPEEDILICIOUS may collect the following types of personal information including, but not limited to: names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information, client queries and, where volunteered, the histories of problems with which clients want help.
Personal information does not include “aggregate” or other non personally identifiable information. Aggregate information is information that SPEEDILICIOUS collects about a group or category of products, services or users that is not personally identifiable or from which individual identities are removed. SPEEDILICIOUS may use and disclose aggregate information and other non personally identifiable information for various purposes.
SPEEDILICIOUS uses various service providers to help run our Site and other aspects of our business. These companies provide web hosting & distribution, a hosted shopping cart, order processing, merchant gateway, bank, shipping center, shipping carriers, web analytics, search engine optimization and call center. SPEEDILICIOUS may disclose personal information to such service providers but it is limited to that information that is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of such personal information and to not use such personal information for any purpose other than to provide services on SPEEDILICIOUS’ behalf.
How SPEEDILICIOUS Uses Personal Information Collected
Unless you consent, and except as otherwise set forth herein, we will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. We use personal information to reply to inquiries, provide operational notices and in program record keeping. We also process billing and business requests related to program participation. At certain points where personal information is collected on our Site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a list to receive information about other SPEEDILICIOUS programs and services and about ways to support SPEEDILICIOUS. This election box only appears in places where the department collecting personal information maintains such lists. At any time you can add or remove your name from a SPEEDILICIOUS list by contacting us at privacy@SPEEDILICIOUS.com.
How Your Personal Information is Kept Private
Personal information is never accessed by anyone other than SPEEDILICIOUS service providers and SPEEDILICIOUS employees and contractors who have a need to know such information.
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for promotional use.
SPEEDILICIOUS may however release personal information to appropriate governmental or credit card authorities under the following circumstances:
• Where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena, warrant, court order) or regulation, or is requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings;
• Where our records indicate a company or individual may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other illegal activity that a governmental agency or credit card company should be made aware of; and
• Where your communication suggests possible harm to others or yourself.

If your personal information changes and you are not otherwise able to change it via the Services or you would like to review the personal information we may have on file, please contact us at privacy@SPEEDILICIOUS.com. Please let us also know the department or SPEEDILICIOUS program that led to your submission of personal information so we may efficiently locate your information, and let us know exactly what needs to be done to correct our records to your satisfaction.
If you request that we delete your account on any of our Services (via a user settings page, by email, or otherwise), we will do so within a reasonable period of time, but we may need to retain some of your personal information in order to satisfy our legal obligations, or where we reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
Testimonials and Marketing
We post customer testimonials on our Site which, with prior consent, may contain personal information such as the customer’s name. At the time of submitting feedback, customers are given the option of whether or not their name will appear at all, and whether it will just be a first name, initials or some other form such as a nickname. If, at any time, a customer changes their mind we will of course remove any personal information, but we reserve the right to continue the use of the testimonial with the customers identity protected if we feel that it will be of value to others using the Site.
As part of subscribing to the SPEEDILICIOUS services, you agree to allow SPEEDILICIOUS to use your name and logo in a list of SPEEDILICIOUS customers. If you would like your name or logo removed from the SPEEDILICIOUS Site, please contact SPEEDILICIOUS at privacy@SPEEDILICIOUS.com. SPEEDILICIOUS will obtain your prior written approval for any other use of your name or logo for marketing or publicity purposes.
